    Selller have charged £20 for PP where the delicate rear light it was just wrapped in thin black plastic – no box and no protective packaging leading to the item being broken and my time wasted. The item was received and the corner broken. I contacted the seller for a full refund on the packaging and requesting a discount for the damaged item. I was only offered a refund of £20.00 which was refused and the seller has not been touch again.
