They had no tracking updates for a long time and after two weeks still hadn't delivered or shown further updates. Absolutely terrible company, their customer service is trash as well as the live chat never works, you can only email them. Anyways, the seller sent a replacement with evri instead which came super quickly. Amazing communication from this seller and very professional.
