    Far Better than the Model that Replaced It

    I don't know why Google "improved" this product, but the older version (Nest Learning Thermostat E) is vastly superior to the new product in every way. First, this model works without a C wire. Second, it actually learns and helps program itself, whereas the new version only programs from the app. Third, the older one is cheaper!

    Shipped fast & works great

    Shipped fast & works great. I bought this particular model so that I could use the nest sensors (bought separately) as well and it completely solved one of my main issues that was driving up my gas bill - the difference between the temp the thermostat was exposed to, and the actual room we needed to target the temperature for.

    Love my Nest E thermostat

    I love the Nest E thermostat and unfortunately they stopped making this version and make a cheap metal version now. I was so excited to find a brand new Nest E available on Ebay sealed in it's package, brand new. I love using the app when I'm not home and I can see what the temperature is inside my home (I live in South FL and have a small dog so I don't want it to get too hot when I'm out but at the same time having the app, I can lower it just enough to keep my dog comfortable but not have it run all day especially in the fall/winter when it's still in the 80's outside but the humidity goes down). This particular Nest is my favorite thermostat and I just moved so I wanted to get a new one and this is where I found it. The seller was great and accepted my offer immediately and I am very ...

    Great device and easy install

    It took me about 15 minutes to replace my old thermostat with the Nest. I love being able to interface with the thermostat via my Amazon Echo and being able to control it remotely via the app. Setting up the schedule will allow me to save quite a bit of money on my heating expense.

    No C wire needed (4 wire Thermostat)

    The Nest E thermostat is underrated, and an easy DIY. It does not require a C (common) wire to run like the new Google Thermostats do. I have a new HVAC system but only a 4 wire connection. Setup was a breeze and the thermostat works great.
