    I've ordered this exact supplement (same brand, same dose, same packaging) from another website before, and while the pills were large, they were still possible to swallow. For some reason, the ones I purchased here are a slightly different shape which is much more difficult. It has lengthwise squared edges instead of being smooth in shape. If you struggle with taking pills in any way, these might not be right for you unless you're willing to cut or crush them up smaller.

    Big tablets for big health improvement.

    With an appropriate diet and some (very, very little) physical exercises and these specific Plant Sterols, I have managed to lower my (bad) cholesterol level in a few weeks, by a quarter. These are big tablets and it could result difficult to ingest but halved are nice and easy to be swallowed. I take one a day, in the morning. I highly recommend this product.

    Does exactly what it's meant to

    I've had great results from taking plant sterols to lower my cholesterol levels and they also reduced my triglyceride levels. These are very good quality and high strength. You need to take them 'every' day for several months to see a noticeable difference, but it's well worth it. In my opinion, it's way better than taking medication such as statins.

    Reduces cholesterol

    These plant sterols did just what they were supposed to do, reduce my cholesterol level. Taking 2 each day brought it down to where it needed to be, 1 a day is maintaining it. You might think they're expensive but if they work it's good value.
