1.2. The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and Tooltime Tools, (hereinafter referred to as “Tooltime Tools”).
 
2. Offer & Acceptance
2.2 When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, eBay will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when eBay sends to you an order confirmation via eBay messages confirming your order or by a dispatch notification.
 
3. Right to Cancel for Consumers
3.1. You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. If it’s found that the return is based on a customers/buyers mistake i.e. Size then we withhold the right to deduct our outgoing P & P Charges from any refund.
3.2.You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by using the eBay Cancelation Dispute Procedure or by contacting us through the eBay Ask Seller A Question Link.
3.3 You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused in the original condition they were received in and returned at your expense. We also recommend you use a recorded delivery service as Tooltime Tools will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
 
4. Prices and delivery costs
4.1. All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are not included in all the item prices quoted.

4.3. Postage Charges include the actual Postage cost plus, Insurance and packaging material.

5.1. We deliver to the countries listed within the individual Listing. If your country is not listed we do not ship that item to your destination.

Hence, i would say they are fine for softer material and only limitedly for metal. But considering the price they are great for DIY projects.

    High quality.

    I bought this set as a stopgap until I could afford a more expensive kit (thinking these would be a 'starter set') but since using the bits I've realised how well they are made and how effective they are. They could possibly be the best wood drill pieces I've ever had.

    Decent bits, good price, in a useful case.

    I bought these for wood, and that’s all I’ve used them on so far, mainly softwood. They do a good job, a bit of heating up, but not bad, and a clean hole. For the price, definitely a bargain, and the metal case is a bonus. Edit (Sept 2018): after a couple of months, the smallest one has snapped - probably because I’ve been using it a lot, to drill pilot holes, and it was heating up quite a bit. As I’ve already said, for the price, I have NO complaints, and I would definitely buy this pack again - in fact, I will order another , when a few more bits have worn out.

    Useful drills

    All my small drills were broken & these much needed. Shop bought sets all have large sizes, I have loads of. This set has a really good range of smaller sizes in small incremental steps. Really sharp drills.
