    sadly the wrong (similar) colour was sent, but i had used that colour for years and wanted the change. it took a bit of back and forth but eventually was offered a no-quibble refund as not cost effective for us to return the wrong colour. i did take pics of the received colour compared to the same colour i'd been using but was tired of. anyway, it arrived in good time and they did communicate about it, so thanks for helping me and hopefully it was one-off blip.
