    Long Lasting Eyebrow Pencil

    Been using Rimmel Eyebrow Pencils for donkeys years. They never disappoint me...They last a long time. I only use 2 per year. Keep it well sharpened & in a cool place for best results ✨ I actually use them as eyeliner too. They are not as soft as the Rimmel Kohl eye liner pencils so therefore, they smudge less x👍x
