    Very fast service. One corner step was missing, but this was shown in the photos. I'd hoped it was in the box but no luck. Another step was broken but not detached. That corner of the model was not shown in the images so who knows. The packaging was barely adequate - put in a soft mailer, rolled up, and entombed in packing tape. Was some crushing of the Wathers tube-type box these 75 foot flats came in OEM. I got a my money's worth. It can be built into a decent model with new corner steps.
