The attachment string was shorter than the original and the fibres unsealed at the end. This made it tricky to fit and tight to fit the cap in the valve. This has been left without contacting us, I think the issue is the string was shorter than the one on the boat and the end unsealed.... we buy these from the UK importer for HK valves, it is not cut from anything. As this was not returned obviously it has been kept and used. I am not sure that this is what -ve feed back is meant for as a call would have resulted in us sending a longer bit of string !

I ordered the wrong charger in error but Barnet Marine helped me over the phone and are going to take the old one back and source me the correct charger for my Torqeedo (which they don't usually stock). Although I ordered the wrong part, it was delivered quickly, was genuine and arrived in great condition. Can't fault Barnet Marine for communication, helpfulness and patience with me!
