      Not sure yet.

      Not sure about it yet. I drained the cooler and put fresh water in. A few days after I put the anode in the cooler my pump went out. I was able to make it work again but not sure if it was the fault of the anode. It's gathering lots of corrosion. The air is fresher. The smell is definitely better. Guess we'll see.
