    The Most Unappreciated Eagles LP

    The Most under appreciated Eagles album. This concept LP was recorded in the UK with renowned producer Glynn Johns who wanted this LA based band to do as much acoustic arrangements of their songs as they were able. "Out of Control" was Glenn Frey's response to that philosophy. Randy Meisner has a few worthy tunes on this one, "Saturday Night" in particular is a stand out. Besides the title cut that was later re-recorded by Linda Ronstadt, it also features "Tequila Sunrise" for you hit single types out there. Bernie Leadon's instrumental contributions on banjo and mandolin in particular show off the band's ability to write, perform and record several genres worth of material within this LP. His song, "Bitter Creek" is my favorite cut on the project. For VN vets in particular, it ...
