      Great customer service! The clay children figurines on these bookends weren't packaged with enough bubble-wrap and a hand broke off one girl's arm. When I contacted the seller, she responded immediately and apologetically. I asked for a refund of the item amount only, but she refunded the full purchase price, including postage. I would buy from her again because she was very responsive, more generous than I asked her to be, and stood behind her items.
