This happened through the shipping process. I still love the product and contents. Everything else was great and intact. It’s unfortunate that I lost one of the eyeshadows, but maybe they can ship/package better in the future and glitter shadows are usually soft. Will try to put some of the glitter shadow back in the pan to try it the color. Still a great product! Colors are beautiful.
