    arrived a couple of days later than estimated because of weather conditions -- no big deal !! Seller communication was very good. The price was good. the condition of the diffuser was good, but it arrived without an instruction leaflet (I'll contact the seller about this ) , and I do feel it could have been better wrapped.     Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong item. In addition, the seller accused me of lying. They stated that the colour I got did not exist. Once I sent them photos, they agreed to refund my money. An apology was never offered. They never even admitted that they made a mistake. Customer service is nonexistent with the seller and I would not recommend them nor will I be purchasing from them again.

    Smaller, lighter, quicker

    Very easy to set-up with a simple user interface, prints well and clearly (better quality than the MX925 it replaced). Relatively quite operation, quick start-up and quicker printing. Only drawback is the cost of replacement inks

    Cheap, Broken after 6 months of owning!

    The printer function on this is great, wireless printing from any kind of device. But believe me when I tell you the print quality is poor. The ink runs out so quickly, and the rollers on the printer has now broken completely meaning the printer is unusable. Avoid canon and invest a little more into a quality brand.

    Replacement Printer

    My Canon pixima MG3600 series started eating paper so had to be replaced.What a pity all piximas don't use the same ink cartridges. This model doesn't print on both sides either. When I checked cost for a basic printer and future cost of ink I settled for this,and as the price included ink as compared with a refurbished. It works,is slower than previous model but as I don't do too much printing it's OK.

    Good printer

    You need to be a bit tech savvy to use this printer but instructions are fairly easy to follow. You need to download Canon app, connect printer to your WiFi and get used to printing and scanning from smartphone. Had to run an alignment configuration as some of early prints were blurry .Have had no problem since and print A4 or other size documents and photos easily.

    Technical Issues Galore!

    After 4 calls to Canon technical dept, we are having connectivity, software, and hardware problems continuously. I am personally fairly computer savvy, however I have never experienced such problems with any other printer/scanners as I have with this. The software/drivers available online and on the supplied CD, can not be installed on my pc as it says I don’t have administrator rights although we are using an administrator account. Canon technical help used a different method to install the software and drivers, however since, although the printer is on the network, the computer can not find the printer on the network. Then after 6-7minutes of trying a print, finally a print is done. I have other printers on my network miles away from my router, and the computer connects with the printer ...
