Too Sick For Me
There's nothing wrong with the discs so assume I'm to review the contents. Despite some lapses of believable details (everyone's teeth stay white!), I accepted the blood and gore of The Walking Dead as fitting within the story line, but the new villain (featured on the case/cover) is too much for me. He must surely epitomize someone suffering a sadistic sociopathic narcissistic personality 'disorder'. Since his appearance continues in Season 8, I'll have to pass on this series. Perpaps I'll put my S1-7 Blu-ray set up for sale. :)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very Disappointed in the Writing
Technically the audio was less than ideal with some dialog dropping out. Content, I was with Walking Dead for 6 seasons before this. I enjoyed then and recommend them. Season 7 I'm afraid is very inconsistent and overall the writing so poor that we depart from this series for good. The writers when lacking ideas went for gratuitous sadism. Violence that adds to the plot and character development I understand. The Negan plot is endless and silly. I'm told Negan continues into Season 8, bye bye. The characters King Ezekiel and Jerry added but not enough to keep us watching. Weepy Rick Grimes gets very old. The acting is fine, the writing sub-par. I am told that this season follows cartoon "novels." So it may, but it does not translate to a medium that draws a broader audience.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
