    DP-1 Has a Few Flaws

    Panasonic made several models of this receiver. As a pro audio guy myself I find the remote control functions can be a bit intimidating. The front panel display suffers from an issue that causes some of them to fail and the display then displays every character in its charater set on the screen. Then there is a quirk in the amplifier section that can cause a failure of a channel or loose it's high freq. response. The next model up fixes these problems that the DP-1 suffers from.
