The work was amazing, and despite delays from waiting on parts and serious family and health matters, they were transparent when able and made it right by comping some of the repair for all four of my consoles. The process took from Sept 2024 to Jan 2025, and while communication could greatly improve, their care and effort won me over. I’d happily do business with them again. Packaging was perfect. Requested for item to be cancelled through ebay and on last day for seller to respond, he declines and still never shipped the item or responded to my messages.
