It was packaged excellently, despite some tears in the box (presumably from FedEx handling). The camera was in the included backpack and was individually wrapped with bubble wrap. It looks and works like new. The tripod and backpack were also well protected. I would definitely shop with this seller again!

It was torn at the zipper, held by staples , safety pins and duct tape rendering the bag not safe to use. When contacted, the seller apologized and issued a full refund. Thank you
