Made sense really as once I broke the seal on the bag, the skirt breathed into life and after a quick shake out proves to be really big and frilly. I've ironed it on a cool setting and can't wait to wear it under my 1950's dress. The cream colour is lovely and it all appears to be well made (in China). Happy customer and would recommend from Flora Weddng who have a great choice of colour and sizes.
