The item was ordered on the 25th of February, with a delivery date of the 5th March. I booked my car in for service on the 6th March. No progress till a week later for a VRM request, no progress till the 6th March, parcel force collected it in Bristol. The due date passed, the service had to be cancelled, as of today the 8th March, no filter and no answer to a formal eBay question, "where's my item". Sorry but absolutely garbage service

The car mats look good and as described. They arrived on time but I was out for half hour and so Parcelforce took them back to the depot. Parcelforce do not let you know when they are coming. Some couriers will text or mail and give you an approximate delivery time but not Parcelforce for my delivery. They do let you select a date for redelivery but still do not give any delivery estimate, not am or pm even. There nearest depot is about 40 miles away. Could do better?

Avoid avoid Poor communication, very late delivery. Didn’t know if the pads would be sent as seller ghosted me, purchased else where, pads turned up a month later, I had to pay return postage and no way of contacting ebay for help. Utterly pathetic customer services from the seller & ebay.

    These definately look like genuine mats each one has hyundai label They are a perfect fit and good quality. I was able to buy a driver's mat separately. BARGAIN
