    They accepted my return and sent me a bogus FedEx return label. No-one would reply to my messages of concern. Item was described as a trumpet mute but it is a Harmon mute, mute. Crazy rip off. I had to go through eBay customer support to get my money back. Make sure your FedEx return label has a scan code with twelve digits. Otherwise, your item will go into a pile of undeliverable packages at a FedEx processing center. You will never get your money back, unless you report and document.

      Best Brass trumpet mute

      I purchased one but I may as well saved my money It just changes the tone of the Harmon mute to a not very warm sound kind of harsh
