Awful, arrived squashed & not at all like the pictures.Contacted seller who replaced with even worse ones.I was told I would have to pay to return squashed icing before he would refund even though I had supplied lots of photos. Whats he going to do with squashed icing? Waste of everyone’s time. when asked if they would refund the postage costs to return faulty goods, I got no reply. Don’t waste your time. Pay more for professional.Also not 3D as it appears in photo, they are flat.

Sorry you were disappointed with your item and the replacement set we sent after they were damaged in the post, but you have not raised a return request through eBay to enable any refund to be issued. We request the return of the toppers so we can investigate the damages and raise the complaint with Royal Mail.Our photographs show the toppers lying down do it is very clear they are not 3D.We always try to offer first class customer service and are sorry you are unhappy on this occasion.
