    Seller did send me emails after the order to tell me one of the bottles was not full which I did not see, nor would I be expecting such a random email if the item was in fact new as listed. Throwing in the file for free from her drawer is not a courtesy, it was included in the original new box with 4 bottles of polish.I received three bottles and a broken file, This was not new with box.I understand her frustration for the below optimal rating but if listed properly this would not be an issue.
