Terms of Business:
Your contract with us will be under English law. You must be at least [18] years of age to use our services. By clicking 'Buy It Now' or bidding on any of our items, you warrant that your are at least 18 years of age, and you agree to be bound by the terms given here.
These terms govern your contract with us; by using our services or purchasing items from us on eBay or our website, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase goods/services offered by us.
Returns policy:
If you're unhappy in any way with your item, please in the first instance contact us either through eBay, at swiftpcservices@gmail.com, or on 01708 540094.
If you've changed your mind and would like a return, please request a return through the eBay system within 14 days of placing your order. In this case the buyer will be responsible for the return postage. Returns after this period may be subject to a restocking fee or be refused at our discretion. Certain items are excluded from this, this is stated on the listing.
Warranties:
Should the item fail within the applicable warranty period, starting from the date of sale, it will be replaced with another item of the same size and type, or refunded. The remaining balance of the warranty period of the original item will then apply to the replacement.
In the case of used items the age or provenance of the replacement unit can not be guaranteed.
In the case of failure of an item within it's warranty period, under no circumstances will Swift PC Services accept any responsibility for labour charges for work done, either by us or a third party, or damage to equipment or components incurred as a direct or indirect result of failure of an item supplied or repaired by us.
Swift PC Services offer a two year parts and labour warranty on all new pre-built systems supplied by us. If you're experiencing trouble and your think your PC may be faulty, please contact us at swiftpcservices@gmail.com, on 01708 540094, or through eBay.
Please note for security purposes all PCs and parts are security marked by us at the time of delivery. Opening the case, or upgrading the PC yourself will render the warranty invalid.
General terms:
We rely on our eBay feedback for our business. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service or you have a problem with any of our items, in the first instance please contact us either through eBay, at swiftpcservices@gmail.com, or on 01708 540094.
If you are happy with the service you have received, we encourage you to leave positive feedback.
If you are still unhappy with our service, please don't leave feedback at all. If negative or neutral feedback is left, this negatively impacts our business, and we reserve the right to recover quantifiable and unquantifiable financial losses, and income lost as a result of the loss of chance, incurred by us as a direct or indirect result of this.
Under no circumstances will Swift PC Services accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred for work done, either by us or a third party, as a direct or indirect result of failure of an item supplied or repaired by us.
Under no circumstances will Swift PC Services accept any responsibility for damage caused to any item(s) or component(s) as a direct or indirect result of failure or operation of an item supplied or repaired by us.
