This order arrived late, the sticks were bent, not sanded and some were chipped at the end with fibres splinting off each cane.
I had to cut the sharp ends off, sand and varnish them but as I don’t have a steamer, I cannot straighten them again and they have to be used in a bent shape; not cool.
I contacted the seller and they replied with a very long winded message about how it was everyone else's fault but their own; the gist of it was "bad luck, nothing we can do about it".
