Item Posted out same day the customer paid, customer judging delivery date from the estimated ebay date given you cannot do better than post out item free post same day paid.
Once item is dispatched at the mercy of royal mail to deliver.
Damage in transit was unfortunate as ive posted lots of this item with no issue previously but also refunded straight away when customer reported damage.
You just cant please some customers.
