    This is such a terrific easy yoga video tape to follow along with. Very gently explained. I am not a young woman so I needed something that was going to meet my needs. I found Peggy Cappy to be a marvelous instructor. Great deal. Fastest shipping. Please with everything.

    Easy on the body yoga

    Peggy Cappy is a wonderful instructor! She teaches in small easy steps and offers alternative poses for different skill levels. Fantastic for a beginner or as for myself, someone who wants to keep flexible at the age of 70.
