    I been trying different brands, this brand seems more reliable. The tea tastes good, great for unwinding before sleep. Would definitely recommend. I've found it has calmed my IBS symptoms and feel more relaxed the following day. Especially after a good night's sleep. I used to smoke the THC variety to aid sleep but found after a while unrested due to lack of rem cycles. Hemp tea does not do that. You go into a deeper sleep and dream properly.
