      No complaints- just the reverse!

      In an original TomTom boxed unit- sealed, unopened. Exactly as my original, so cable and plugs also as the original. My original windscreen suction part had failed due probably to the sun`s excessive heat over the years so would no longer stay fixed- and actually dropped during a critical journey! There`s absoloutely nothing wrong with the actual Tom Tom sat-nav which I might otherwise I would prob have to replace. So the cost of the new bracket means it would be cheap at twice the price! (Even tho the cables, etc are really surplus...) So, Really pleased!

      good idea poor execution

      The mount itself is a good size and fits nicely in most windscreens. The problem is with the quality of the components it is made of. This is the third one I have had to buy for my sat nav, and it is the same fault each time. somewhere in the charging mechanism is a weak point, this is between the port for the charging cable and the points were the sat nav picks up its charge, this is a tom tom problem, I have to recommend this poor quality product because as far as I know there is no alternative

      The ONLY mount worth having for your TomTom

      Quality product with inbuilt charging connection that does the perfect job...as one would expect from TomTom. Aftermarket options are usually airvent mounted, but few if any air vents can support large screen units without tilting under the weight and your valuable SatNav falling off ! So buy THE best and forget the rest.

      Good to have a spare

      Just great to have a spare, the original is hard wired into my car, and the spare can go in any work car or breakdown truck
