    Favorite eye primer

    The primer that made me believe in the purpose of primers… this primer is a creamy texture that dries down quickly & acts as a great base for shadows. It brightens the lids beautifully and natural looking. Enhancing the look of shadows and lids. Adds hydration to the lids as well. I have oily lids and it works beautifully for my lids! I love this primer so much!! You don’t even have to add a highlighter to brow bone; just spread primer all over lids to brow for highlighted brow bone. Brushing a small amount onto brows will also set brows.
