Seller was slow to ship, sent the wrong item and underpaid the postal shipment cost for a package sent. Paid 4-24-2025. Shipped 4-30-2025. Wrong item sent. Second shipment never arrived because they underpaid the cost for sending item as packaged mail. On 5-12 USPS left notice of postage due of $5.12. Notified seller. Seller issued a refund and blamed USPS for slow delivery and high delivery cost. I REFUNDED HIS MONEY BUT HE STILL COMPLAINS! I did not underpay cost to send a one-ounce envelope, It is not true that cardboard in an envelope is a package, at most it is a flat, not a package, b buyer claimed he never received the envelope so how do you know the shape and size of the package. I tried to save him money by only charging $2 instead of $5.50 for a tracked package, buyer is wasting his own time and mine, buyer is vindictive. BEWARE.Follow-up from: -***u- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Product received - NOPE – Seller tried twice and FAILED. Even the post office chimed in and left a notice that to receive the second package I would have to pay $5.12 additional on an $11 dollar order. I refused. From reading his response, I guess I am to blame for this sellers’ failures for sending the wrong item, not replying to the buyer’s inquiry as to the late shipment and underpaying postage. Gosh shame on me for complaining.
