    The coat arrived with a broken zip. The seller was only interested in a package she sent by mistake. She gave me a partial refund of HALF the amount of money it would take to have the zip fixed. It's not even like a Zara coat .. the coats I have bought from the Zara shop are much warmer. I wouldn't advise you to buy one. You're better buying directly from Zara.
