    Part arrived on time as promised but an inlet pipe had broken off, making the header tank unusable. Seller was notified, and pictures of damage sent as requested. Seller advised that they would send a new tank (minus the other parts) to avoid any hassle. The new part was rapidly despatched, and to my surprise they had sent out a complete new kit. when I emailed back to see how I could return the excess parts, they politely declined my offer. Five stars- would happily use this company again!

    Item as expected and well packaged, the only let down was the courier which was FedEx. The delivery was a week late which was down to FedEx not the seller. Because they said it was an invalid address which was rubbish because the seller put our exact address on the parcel so should have arrived on time but the courier had other ideas and tried to blame the seller. Will use this seller again A +++ hopefully they'll change their choice of courier
