When I found it I discovered why. Despite being a a very strong sturdy box, it had been smashed in with a large hole.as a result the lid had come off and half the food missing. I contacted the seller, even though it wasn’t their fault and had an immediate apology and full refund, you can’t say fairer than that ! Thank you!

I received a packet containing 20 sticks of liquorice in a plastic bag and immediately returned the item for a full refund at my expense. To date I still have not received the refund.
