I never received the books. Have spoke with PO they are trying to find where it was delivered. This is of no fault of the seller. I believe he could just be more polite, when dealing with customers. He said he would not refund my money, because it says it was delivered. So I am out 30 dollars n no books. I would suggest he be more understanding. Maybe try saying "I am sorry that happened, let me know if they find them. Maybe we can work something out if not."

Like I said in my initial message I am sorry you are having difficulty and suggested you contact the USPS. This package was marked as delivered to the address that you entered at checkout. Your reply to my message was "We don't have very reliable postal delivery. I will try the post office tomorrow. Thanks for responding." I can't refund orders that are marked as delivered. Anyone could claim they didn't get their package and what would the purpose of delivery confirmation be? Who does that?
