Terms and conditions of the sale
Once you have placed your order;
 
1. We will ship your item;
a) Stocked items will be shipped within 1 working day from order.
b) Customised items will be shipped within 7 working days from order (unless the listing states otherwise).
 
 
2. How we ship your item;
We will ship your item on a tracked service, either 1st class post, a 24 hour courier or a 24 hour pallet shipment.
Except if you live in a location where a 24 hour courier is not available, in which case we will use the reasonably best option available or you have paid for a premium service such as Special delivery in which case we will use this service as requested.
 
 
3. Returning your item;
 
a) We will accept returns for all items within 90 days of the order date and we will pay for the return postage on items within this 90 day period, Except where,
The item is not in re-sellable condition or,
the item has been noticeably used or,
the item arrives back with us damaged due to not being packed suitably for return transport.
 
b) We will accept returns for all items within 90 days of the order date where they arrived damaged in transport, not as described or arrived faulty.
 
c) We will accept returns for replacement within 2 years if the item develops a fault within this period of time unless,
exclusion 1: The product you ordered is a Fire pit in which case paint is not covered as it is expected to wear off with use. You are still warrantied for the fire pit warping or corroding through. Our fire pits are extremely heavy duty and should be expected to last at least 10 years.
exclusion 2: The product you ordered is a consumable part that is expected to wear out.
 
 
4. You agree to;
a) Use eBay to communicate regarding your order.
b) Use eBay for all disputes relating to your order.
c) Pay any customs duties and fees as required if you are shipping the item internationally.
