    The item took forever to arrive, and, when it did, it was not quite as had been illustrated in the listing. It was not horrible, though, just worth less than I had paid for it. The seller offered a discount, but I thought it was too small, so we haggle back-and-forth, and eventually they gave me a partial refund that was sufficient enough. They were certainly polite.  item is OK quality, not fantastic, but not terrible either.
