    Good product and price. The listing is misleading though, it says that the remote control is compatible with AA59-00790A, which is what my old remote control was, but some of the functions on this new remote do not work on my TV, so it's not compatible. Also it said on the address label that I was receiving an AA59-00790A remote control, but it was an AA59-00581A in the package!

    Not identical to the original but all the correct buttons and works well

    This is the first remote I have found that has all of the correct buttons required for use with my Samsung 7000 series Smart 3D TV. Others I bought were missing some buttons including the Camera button. While it is not totally identical to the original it is very close with only minor details such as size of buttons and text font being different. The buttons require a little more of a push than the original but are better than other replacement controllers I have purchased. Overall I'm very happy with it.

    Why waste money on original

    Works perfect with Samsung smart TV. In fact has an extra feature which originals don't - you can light up the remote to use in the dark. Fantastic product.

    Wish I’d bought one ages ago

    Wish I had bought one ages ago! Had a button that wouldn’t work on the original one. Husband panicked me a bit when he asked if I had to program it to get it to work but just put batteries in and away I went.
