Nisbet shipped the item very quickly and it was well packed/arrived intact etc. The sharpener works well and is VERY easy to use. My issue is that Parcelforce failed to deliver per their time frame. They claim we weren't available, we were. They are meant to leave a card with further instructions and delivery options, they didn't. I had to spend quite a while on the phone to get the parcel redelivered. Not Nisbet's fault, but annoying.

For the money you cannot go wrong. We’re using this as a heat lamp on a gastro used as a chip dump as we saw this at a hotel and stole the idea. I have a few pieces of buffalo equipment and it hasn’t let us down yet. Delivery was very quick and it was via a courier that gave tracking and text messages when it was due. Could not fault the service. Superb. Recommended

Feel it's a better quality hand disinfectant gel than some of the cheap one's on the market. On the delivery, there was ample packaging to ensure the product wasn't damaged or leak during delivery so was in excellent condition on arrival. Feel it is great value for money product. Was received well within the scheduled delivery time and communication from seller was excellent. Would recommend and use them again in the future
