He lied, feigned a language barrier, recanted, and ultimately refused to send a return shipping label. Ebay afforded him the opportunity to send a return shipping label. He refused. Instead of protecting me so I could buy same from an honest seller, they offered this scammer a second opportunity to ignore them, so I filed with my credit card and ebay dropped my case in his favor. Same old story :) My humble opinion as an eBay seller for 14 years has taught me one thing: no matter if you are always correct , nice and fair to customers, there is always a category of people who will come up with some little trick to screw you over and benefit themselves.
