The first one had an error on boot up, I sent the seller a screenshot not expecting to hear anything back for at least a week if at all!! Much to my surprise and delight within 4 working hours the seller had responded with a simple fix even i could do, the hard drive had become loose during transit, and within 5 mins it was working perfectly. This sort of tec support is worth the price alone! Top marks
