However, the jury is out on whether it is a good idea to wrap live plants in plastic, seal in a box and send them in the post. I took them straight out of the box on arrival, potted them (rushing out to buy pots and compost as I had no idea they were arriving like this) and then plant them that weekend. They don't look happy but hopefully they will recover. I guess this is what you get for the price but tbh, I wouldn't purchase them this way again.

It came on time and was in a large, heavy duty cardboard box, well packed with bubble wrap, cello tape and polystyrene. Unfortunately one part of an antler was broken ( still in the bubble wrap). I immediately contacted the seller and he said he would arrange to have the broken one collected back from my property if l could repack it in the box, at a convenient time to suit me and would send out a replacement the next day, which happened
