    Instead of using DPD the seller sent the item with a second rate courier (DX) that couldn't be bothered to deliver it, wasted both our time with a load of pointless communication then went silent when they could have just used the courier I paid for as per the listing in the first place. Now I've not got my shirt, still not got a refund and I definitely won't deal with them again.
