Had issues with a postage surcharge but had great communication with the seller and no issues with getting a refund of the additional postage fees that I had to pay to get the item. Royal Mail said that the issue was with the seller not attaching all the labels needed to verify the postage paid for sending the item ( perhaps put on a different parcel by mistake ).

    Decent, cheap wireless keyboard

    It is small, light, and compact enough to be fully portable. Only thing that gets on my nerves is that sometimes the Bluetooth connectivity is poor, meaning that the keyboard will randomly type spaces or full stops, and the only way to stop it is to disconnect and reconnect. Once you've done that, it works fine. If it didn't do that, it would've been 5 stars.

    Very good

    Good keyboard. Very easy to setup. It takes AAA batteries which I didn’t realise. A few sticky keys but they will probably loosen once used. It’s good value

    Excellent value

    I was originally skeptical about buying a keyboard at such a low price and fears that the quality will be so poor it will be unusable. I only need a keyboard now and again for my iPad 12.9 pro and didnt want to shell out for a fitted one. I took the chance and what can i say. WOW. For the money the quality is excellent. Pairs up straight away and a nice size keyboard (Same size as the Apple Magic Keyboard). Key press and response is good. The only thing i think may go against the quality is the keys have transfers on and they may wear. However for the price it really isnt an issue. If you want a budget keyboard then in my opinion this is the one.

    Brilliant for fat fingered me :)

    Really pleased with this purchase it is just what I was looking for. My fat fingers have never really got on with my mobile phone's vertual keyboard, especially when trying to write long emails etc. This bluetooth keyboard solves that problem brilliantly. The keyboard is easy to set up, and once set up connects automatically when switched on. It has an auto power off function to save the batteries in case you forget to urn it off. It also allows you to use keyboard shortcuts on your mobile device, such as Ctrl+C (copy) & Ctrl+V (paste) I think it's brilliant.
