    The item was a small adapter worth $4! I mailed it in an envelope because of its small size and low cost, so it had no tracking. To do it differently would have been to charge more for shipping than the actual cost of the item :) I fully refunded the order when it was returned to me (because it was too large I guess to mail in an envelope). In any case...I guess some buyers you cannot please even when the item is worth peanuts. Check my other ratings and stay away from this customer!
