    Good Product at a Competitive Price

    This is a good product at a competitive price, and I had only slight problems with the set-up. The zoom and autofocus work out-of-the-box with Logitech Camera Settings software (we use Windows10). However, be aware that this model is C930C (not C930E) and is basically the Chinese version of this device. We use Logitech's "Logicapture" software which in the Uk has support for the C930E but NOT the C930C, so Logicapture did NOT recognise the device. I researched this problem and found that it's necessary to edit the logicapture.exe.config (just an XML file in the "bin" folder, so any text editor will do) to change the PID of the C930E (0x0843) to that of the C930C (0x0891). After that simple change the camera works very well with Logicapture. Of course if Logicapture ever needs to be ...

    Logitech C930e Webcam

    Very easy setup process and its worth downloading the software from Logitech's website to enable some manual controlling features like zoom for example. It will record in HD and to the standard that most onine video forums require. The micrphone is quite sensitive and will pick up voice easily from at least 24" away. The image/video quality is very good.

    TOP NOTCH WEBCAM WITH WIDE ANGLE LENS AND 4X DIGITAL ZOOM

    I have one of these and it is very impressive. The lens is wide angle and you can also zoom in. The quality of the image second to none. Take a look at my pics (taken in poor lighting conditions at night). It also has a privacy cover, which is reassuring in this time when it is so easy for hackers to get in and turn on your cam. My son has the C922, which is built more for streaming and suits more his purpose of making live videos on YouTube. For me, I only plan to use it for business meetings, and so is ideal for me. This is a leading business webcam with wide-angle suitable for business meetings with a number of attendees (not to mention the need to social distance at two metres, making the case for a wide angle lens).     Video ok, sound not great

    The video is really nice, the autofocus is working well and the angle of view is what I wanted. So I'm happy overall, just a bit disappointed with the sound quality which is quite muffled. Maybe I'm expected too much.

    Great camera

    Easy to set up and the sound quality from the microphone seems really good as well. The Logitech camera settings app works really well with it, my only negative would be that you can't set the default and have the camera remember it from day to day - or even from app to app, however it's easy to do via the app, you just need to have it open if you want bespoke settings.
