This is illegal and dangerous, meaning I can't verify safety or authenticity of the product. The item was not new as described, and lacked original packaging. Seller reviews shows a pattern of selling expired items. This is a clear breach of eBay policy. It also took multiple messages to even get a refund resolved. Avoid this seller.
