    Robust jockey wheel

    Forget the rest; this the best jockey I have bought in 20 years; previous purchases unfortunately did meet the inherent needs of its function due to the limited thickness in the type wall and tread.

    Limited Life

    I have replaced two identical wheels in 18 months, only because it's cheap. Cheap is what you get ! The tyre feels like plastic not rubber and UV rays deteriorate the compound. If the wheel is left with weight on (eg: trailer jockey), the innertube looses pressure quickly and the tyre goes flat then the carcas cracks. When used semi inflated the innertube rotates out of synch inside the tyre, so dragging the valve stem over, such that an air pressure line cannot be attached. Buy only if you are prepared (as I am) to store your jockey wheel out of daylight, use it only when necessary and keep it inflated. I am hoping it will have a longer life span.

    Needed for gravel

    Switched by solid wheel to pneumatic because my caravan sits on gravel at home. Once parked at home or on site, I put a wood block under tube end, behind wheel, to take weight off tyre.

    Caravan jockey wheel

    We are extremely pleased with the wheel if we hadn't have had it fitted our twin axle caravan would have got stuck in the very wet field we were in.We highly recommend all vans get one

    Just too big, but good quality product

    There was a problem in fitting the wheel as it was just too wide for the jockey axle housing. ( Alko chassis / Lunar Caravan ). I had to force out the axle housing flanges and now the wheel / tyre just fits both across the axle and on the diameter. Regards
