Synopsis
PI Regan Reilly moved from Los Angeles to New York City when she married Jack "no relation" Reilly, head of the NYPD Major Case Squad. To help a friend, Regan takes on a case that takes her back to her old stomping grounds. . . . On a snowy day in New York City, PI Regan Reilly gets an urgent call from her former neighbor, Abigail Feeney. A Hollywood hairdresser, Abigail believes her life has been cursed since the day she was born-- Friday the 13th. Always unlucky in love, Abigail now needs Regan's help in tracking down an ex-boyfriend who was just spotted in downtown Los Angeles--a "nogood bum" who borrowed $100,000 from her three months ago, then promptly disappeared. Abigail desperately needs to get that money back, money given to her by her grandmother who is heading to L.A. Grandma Feeney, no shrinking violet, has plans to buy an old friend's condo for Abigail and will need that hard-earned money to make the deal. With hubby Jack away, the weather in New York miserable, and the guiltprovoking memory that Abigail had brought her chicken soup when she was sick, Regan agrees to hop a plane. Before long, the hunt for Abigail's ex takes some dangerous turns. . . . But when Abigail becomes a suspect in a murder investigation, Regan begins to wonder if the curse is real--and possibly contagious!, PI Regan Reilly moved from Los Angeles to New York City when she married Jack "no relation" Reilly, head of the NYPD Major Case Squad. Seller Feedback (4,630)
- l***w (10)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseExcellent communication with top tier customer service. I was given an option of hardback or softback books to purchase and told exactly how long each one would take. Upon making my selection I was informed about what that particular type would entail, quality condition, and it was shipped almost right away. The package arrived in good shape, all of the books had all of their pages, exactly as promised. I am very thankful for a wonderful customer experience with this seller. 10/10.A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket Hard Cover Set 1-13 COMPLETE (#176559677544)
- a***9 (160)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseMain set has arrived safely and sound. Per our conversation, the single from a 3rd source has not yet arrived. Items are as described, good condition, clean. Very happy with communication and quality. As per third photo, do you by any chance have The Black Stallion's Shadow and The Black Stallion's Steeple-Chaser? If so, I would be interested in acquiring those from you, also.
- e***9 (228)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe book would have been as advertised, "Like New Condition ", however it was shipped in a plastic bag with no cardboard protection, rending it vulnerable. Three corners got damaged during shipment. One front corner is torn into the cardboard. The pages however are in new condition. Otherwise I felt the book was a good value for what it was prior to shipment.Artist's Drawing Techniques (#176871354755)
