      I received this item today and I allready new before opening that it had leaked by the strong smell of purfume,I opened it anyway and I was right as the bottle was empty and had leaked all over the packaging. I contacted the seller to inform them of this and they said that because it was damaged in transit I had to contact the courier to get compensated. I dont believe this is down to me and the seller should be doing this for me and I dont want return the item as its damaged so cant get refund

      I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. The item was shipped properly and in good condition, but unfortunately, it was damaged during transit, which is beyond my control. As per standard procedure, I advised you to contact the courier directly regarding the damage, as they handle compensation for such incidents. I understand your frustration and I regret the situation, but I did my best to assist within the limits of what I can do as a seller. Thank you for your understanding.
